Patricia has extensive litigation experience, representing clients across business sectors in high-stakes civil, regulatory, and criminal matters in both state and federal courts.

Before joining Orsus Gate, Patricia gained experience in white-collar criminal defense and investigations, trademark, cryptocurrency, class actions, and labor and employment. Patricia has represented English and Spanish speaking clients pro bono in various matters, including employee discrimination, adoptions and guardianship, civil rights, domestic violence, and immigration. At her prior firm, Patricia earned the 2023 Albert E. Arent Pro Bono Award.

In law school, Patricia was a student for the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, representing clients seeking asylum, a Staff Editor for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review, a Managing Director for the Columbia Human Rights Law Review Jailhouse Manual, and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for the 2018-2019 school year.

Outside of the office, Patricia can be found playing sports, especially volleyball and skiing, traveling, visiting theme parks, learning new languages, watching movies, and reading. A Los Angeles native, Patricia enjoys basking in the California sun by going to the beach, hiking trails in the hills, or sharing a meal outdoors.
